During my graduate journey, I dove deep into diverse clinical environments, refining my clinical skills within child and family psychology. At a community mental health agency, I focused on conducting psychological assessments and delivering outpatient therapy. From diagnostic clarity to therapeutic breakthroughs, my goal was always to equip families with the tools for lasting change.

During my time working in a Children’s Hospital inpatient unit, I offered compassionate support to young individuals grappling with trauma and a spectrum of mental health issues. Employing evidence-based approaches such as DBT and CBT, I guided patients and their families on a path toward healing and resilience.

My internship year with Astor Services in New York City further enriched my practice. From an outpatient clinic to a day treatment program, I facilitated individual and group therapies, always striving for holistic support in collaboration with parents and educators. I witnessed firsthand how empathy forms the bedrock for establishing trust and fostering significant therapeutic breakthroughs. This insight continues to guide my approach, ensuring that compassion remains central in every aspect of my professional journey.

I believe psychologists are catalysts for positive change, impacting individuals and communities. Whether in English or Spanish, my approach is rooted in empathy and a commitment to your family’s well-being. I truly believe every family deserves a compassionate ally in their pursuit of emotional health and resilience.
