I am a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental therapist, who aims to understand my clients as unique individuals. Using evidence-based practices, cultural curiosity, and a strong therapeutic relationship, I have been able to firsthand see the power a tailored client-centered approach has in the therapeutic process. With a commitment to making a positive impact to the individuals I work with, I utilize an integrative approach that includes trauma-focused cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, play therapy, mindfulness practices, as well as family systems and multicultural theory. In my work I prioritize racial equity and social justice, embedding these principles into my clinical practice as well. My work with children, adolescents, and young adults focuses on guiding them through their formative stages while addressing their unique needs.
