Adoptees share unique layers and complexities that sometimes can only be truly understood by those who have lived them. This space is for those who would benefit from connecting to like-minded people, all navigating life’s ups and downs with this shared history. This series is designed for adult adoptees, both international and domestic.

This group will be focused on coming together around the shared experience of being adopted. It is facilitated by Elizabeth Studwell, Psy.D., who herself is an adoptee. Dr. Studwell has dedicated her career to helping others through their lived experiences with adoption. With her own experiences in mind, she will offer a safe, fun, and judgment-free space, with a focus on attachment. This group will give members the opportunity to really be seen and heard.
