Research indicates that although always central to the way we live our lives, dating and relationship patterns and concerns have shifted. We have more outlets for exploring sexual and romantic connections, however many of us remain dissatisfied and bewildered by the modern “dating game”.

  • Rewiring the brain: Exploring the joys of meeting up
  • Cultivating desire: Developing personal intimacy and relational self-awareness
  • Dating and identity: Understanding your attachment style and how to work with it in order to develop satisfying connections
  • Tying it all together: Naming, communicating, and getting your needs met
