This group is appropriate for both beginners who want to learn the science of how to get the most out of meditation and the art of the practice AND for experienced meditators who want to deepen and continue their knowledge and practice of mindfulness.

Ellie Cobb, Ph.D. is a Columbia University trained psychologist and holistic wellness expert. Having trained with Jack Kornfield, Tara Brach, and Jon Kabat-Zinn, Dr. Cobb has taught meditation and mindfulness for almost a decade.
