Female Fury has long been criticized, rejected, and in many cases, resulted in some form of punishment. Consequently, many of us have has to suppress our anger, while others don’t identify with experiencing the emotion at all.
Join a 4 week series, exploring ways to recognize and validate your anger, experience modes of healthy and self-serving expressions of anger and encounter the transformation power of collective outrage.
This workshop will take place every Thursday for 4 weeks, beginning in late February. The dates of attendance include:

PLEASE NOTE: Interested participants must commit to and attend all 4 sessions.
The cost of this event is $160 plus Eventbrite processing fees.
The purchase of a single ticket for any date permits entry into all four sessions.

All participants must be 18 years or older.
