Rennicke & Associates offers psychotherapy services for children, adults, families, and adoptee families. These services are provided by licensed clinicians. Payment & Insurance
- Out-of-Network Payments: Rennicke & Associates is an out-of-network provider. Payment is due at the time of the session and can be made by credit card, check, or other means agreed upon during intake. Clients will be provided with an invoice for submission to their insurance for reimbursement (if applicable).
- Insurance Reimbursement: Clients are responsible for verifying their insurance coverage. We will assist by providing the necessary documentation for reimbursement submissions. However, we do not guarantee any level of reimbursement.
- Cancellations: Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. If not cancelled within this period, the full session fee may be charged.
Use of Online Services
- Teletherapy: Rennicke & Associates provides online therapy sessions via HIPAA-compliant platforms. Clients are responsible for ensuring a private and secure environment during sessions. Online therapy is offered at the same rate as in-person sessions.
- Technology Requirements: To use online therapy services, clients must have a stable internet connection and compatible devices. Any technical issues during a session should be reported promptly.
Limitation of Liability
Rennicke & Associates and its therapists are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of this website or services. The use of therapy services is subject to the terms agreed upon in the client-therapist agreement.

All content, including text, images, and media on this website, is the property of Rennicke & Associates unless otherwise noted. Users may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written consent.
Privacy and Confidentiality
