My practice is integrative, and I focus on creating a healing relationship that incorporates a range of evidence-based modalities- including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and mindfulness-based practices- to move towards a more fulfilling, resilient, and harmonious life. Iโm drawn to working within the Internal Family Systems model, an attachment-based modality that uplifts the complexity and wisdom of our internal worlds and strengthens our inherent capacity to heal burdened parts of our systems and develop compassionate, strengths-based relationships with ourselves and others.
