We are hiring!

We strive to be a nexus for cultivating meaningful connections and to undo aloneness through our psychotherapy practices and our ways of being in the world. Does that resonate with you?

Who are we?

Rennicke & Associates is a vibrant psychotherapy group practice located in the Tribeca neighborhood of Manhattan in New York City. Our mission is to authentically connect with people to undo prior experiences of aloneness and isolation in their lives. As part of that purpose, we are currently embarking on a process of enhancing our racial consciousness and our capacities to identify and understand the ways our identities show up in the therapy room and in the world, so that we and our clients and colleagues can be fully seen and celebrated for who they are.

We are a true community and invest time in meeting together in our weekly case conference, ongoing supervision, and gatherings outside the office. We are looking for more vivacious, social justice and racial equity minded people with whom we would love to have a coffee with and who exude warmth and a desire to connect with others in the essence of their being. Our goal is to continue to establish ourselves as a nexus point for connection and center for thought leadership for psychotherapy in New York City and beyond.

What kind of therapy do we do?

In order to undo aloneness and facilitate connections, Rennicke & Associates specializes in attachment focused, relationally based modalities of treatment (e.g., Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy, Collaborative Problem Solving, Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy) for children, teens and adults. We also utilize and integrate evidence based interventions (e.g. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectic Behavioral Therapy). Check out our Services by clicking here.
